Namrata Ashok Chotrani is a seasoned investment professional and co-fund manager at Novanttum Alternatives, bringing over 15 years of diversified experience spanning private equity, consulting, C-suite leadership and entrepreneurship. Namrata most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Khadim India Limited, publicly listed 2nd largest footwear retail brand in India, where she led a successful organizational transformation of one of India’s largest footwear retailers (₹800+ crore revenue; 830+ stores). Under her leadership, the company delivered sustained profitability, realized a 6-fold increase in market capitalization and executed a comprehensive omni-channel transformation. Prior to her CEO role, Namrata was a Director at Fairwinds Private Equity, where she was responsible for investment origination, deal execution, monitoring and exits across diversified portfolio companies. She also served as a Board Member and Independent Director at Khadim. Namrata began her career with KPMG in M&A Tax and advisory, advising on complex transactions and corporate structuring. She later served as the Founding Executive Director at ATLAS SkillTech University, leading strategic initiatives in executive education and organizational build-out.
